Withdraw from a subscription

EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a paid subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. Eligible payments are refunded within 14 days of notice. Statutory extensions and other consumer rights still apply.

Open the Plan section in account settings to withdraw from a web subscription. Withdrawal is different from stopping renewal. For Apple or Google purchases, use the store refund process.

You can also withdraw by email. Send your name and subscription reference with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to: support@wordforests.com
