WordForests

Copyright and community courses

WordForests helps people learn languages and build vocabulary through repeated practice. Community courses are created and shared by users. References to books do not imply endorsement by their authors or publishers.

Publishing a community course

We ask users to upload only content they have the right to share. Do not upload or reproduce protected material without permission, an appropriate licence, or another lawful basis. WordForests does not obtain permission from every author on a creator's behalf. An unofficial label or a reference to a book does not itself authorise reproduction of protected content. Identify book companions accurately and do not imply endorsement by an author or publisher.

Report a copyright concern

You do not need a WordForests account to send a notice. Email the address below with the exact course or content URLs, the protected work and relevant passages or material, an explanation of the alleged infringement, your name and contact email, and your rights or authority to act. Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised and that your notice is accurate. Include your typed name as a signature. We review the specific material and supporting evidence; a report does not automatically result in a takedown.

Decisions and review requests

We review credible notices promptly and may restrict access to infringing content. Creators can request a review of a moderation restriction through the course's review controls or by emailing support with the course URL, restriction or report reference, and an explanation or supporting evidence. People without an account can use the same email route. We explain decisions to affected people through the report workflow or support. Established repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions; repeated allegations alone do not establish infringement.
